Our 2008 Calve's are hitting the ground!
Lazy A Ranch was founded in May of 2003. We purchases a small piece of land in East Texas. The first few years were spent clearing parts of the property for pasture, installing new fencing, getting electrical, water, and a cabin built.
Our first group of registered longhorns arrived in the summer of 2005. We purchased them from Steve Zunker at the Box Z Ranch, and they came with some great pedigrees from some of the original families of longhorns. We have now grown our herd to around 25 and have purchased our herd sire Supercede a son of Super Bowl from Scott Clark at X C Ranch.
